Food is okay but not as good as it used to be under new owners. Lacks atmosphere. Lady who is in charge was very rude.
Food was very nice but disappointed with service and atmosphere. Booked a lunch as Christmas treat, told to sit anywhere and waitress said she would be with us when she had a time. The restaurant upstairs where we were was virtually empty. Plenty of staff but all seemed to be lacking Christmas spirit. Restaurant was chilly like the atmosphere.
Hired the room upstairs for a friend's birthday and was not disappointed
A lovely cafe wuth excellent tea, coffee and the best cheese scones outside my own kitchen! In a state of transition right now as i understand it is changing hands, so looks unloved, good luck to the current owners and even more luck to the new owners you have a hard act to follow! Please dont change anything too much Baileys is loved so much !! Lovely staff ...
I have been into the Deli half dozen times and have found the staff not very welcoming and the basics Hello, Hi, Please and Thank You seem to beyond them.I said Hi as I walked in today to an older gentlemen and young girl and they just looked at me as if I was alien, I don't no what the problem is maybe they don't like certain types of people going into there Deli.I won't be going back after today a shame really as its a nice Deli but there's plenty of great Deli's around Bungay, Norwich.
