Pathetic service tonight. They wrote the time down wrong and couldn't pick me up! I had to trawl a heavy case home in the dark.
Was incredibly rude to me on the phone! Tried to over price my journey and complete and utter disrespectful! Would not call this taxi service ever again and certainly do not recommend ! Have called this taxi service twice before and have been spoken to the same way every time
