Second time they've made an appointment mistake. No apologies, made to feel it was my fault. Very poor customer service. Kept waiting and very very expensive. Up your game.
Poor clinical service. Seem to miss things which is concerning and if you complain it's obviously not their fault. Could have lost 2 dogs due to their incompetence.
Lovely atmosphere at this vets. Friendly staff. Efficient helpful. My experience with the them had made me want to change my pets over to this practise.
If it wasnt for Emma and Tess, Id be leaving 1 star just to leave a review, Emma & Tess are lovely so are the nurses and reception staff, 3 incidents where communication and recording information could have been better but all caught in time.However.....One senior vet maybe an incredibly intelligent man but he lacks social skills, he talks over you, doesnt listen, lies and bullies, Im a pretty tough cookie but he reduced me to tears twice!, there is so much more I could say on this subject but I shall leave it at that.
Over 25 years the Three Rivers team have been consistently excellent at any time of the day or nIght. I have complete confidence no matter how big or small the crisis is. Thank you Three Rivers.
