Coffee pretty good...... Nice to sit and watch the swans and the world go by!!!
Always a delight to visit here. Boats have been moored for the winter now. Lots of space for walking with the dog, and children to play. Sadly the much needed rain started to fall this afternoon. Did not stop walkers though. We are so lucky to have this retreat.
Nice park and cafe, walk too boat club ok... but then footpath becomes unsuitable for elderly and disabled....riverbanks overgrown and blocks view of the river. Would be nice to be able cycle and some kind of seating for resting and picnics.
Beautifully situated on the Broads. The Quay has a good selection of coffee, ice creams & pastries. However most of the seating is outside, with just one table indoors. I ordered a takeaway cup of tea & thought it was rather expensive at 1.70p.
Apparently no alcohol of your own allowed in. Had a pint of cider at the bar.way..Way too strong. Ridiculously dire choirs to start. Really rather boring. So left at half 3. Hope it hots up and becomes more entertaining for the grand turn out of families.
