Fabulous place away from it all. Surrounded by giant palm trees. Jungle environment. For lunch, brunch or afternoon tea. Just 8 mins from Beccles.
Lovely garden centre with exotic plants.Cafe is nice too, although not so keen on the coffee.
I had their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, 9.95, was shocked when it was served to me. Toast not buttered, eggs dumped on the toast, salmon in a pile on the plate, with a chunk of lemon to one side. Quality, quantity, and presentation were very poor. For what was charged .
Came for the birthday party of the nursery. The place itself is nicely laid out, with a good selection of plants of all different varieties. The cafe had the standard selection of drinks and food with fast service and friendly staff. Unfortunately the visit was somewhat marred by the incredibly overpriced BBQ. A basic lamb kofte with a small amount of slaw and a dollop of potato salad was 10. If it were a big festival, it would be a price I would have albeit begrudgingly expected, but not a garden centre.
Great gluten free food! Great staff! Beautiful gorgeous setting! Great music! If you haven't already been, do it already. Cannot rate it high enough! Totally impressed. So going back in the evening to try their cocktails :)
