Had a few in here while staying away the weekend in one of the lodges Nice place to relax and staff very friendly.best selections of gin I have seen .pool table and plenty of seating .some of the menu has small options which is handy for bigger kids and food is very nice only downside is they stop food at two on Sunday and dont do a Sunday roast/carvery but would highly recommend .
Lovely place! Great facilities, food very yummy and good choice. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Sadly the tv signal wasnt great in room and check out was 10am which I feel is a little early for us.
Lovely Sunday walk over Carlton marshes to the hidden gem of the Waveney Inn, pleasantly surprised to find that the pub is vastly improved since the last time we visited some 15 years ago.Good food and drink in a smart, modern atmosphere and a great outside seating area with fantastic views over to the river and the marshes beyond.Very quiet this time of the year but I can't wait for the summer, what a treasure right on my doorstep.
Good food (including vegetarian), super lovely staff who provide excellent service, and it's both child and dog friendly. Nice seating area outside too! I'm sure we will be back next year
Lovely little camp site and pub on the river. We moored up in one of the visitor berths on the river and stopped for lunch. Good selection of ales and great food, reasonably priced too. Very pleasant afternoon, I could've easily stayed longer. There is also a children's play area and good facilities for the campers. Nice little spot to spend some time!
