Good food. Good service. Not busy enough so can feel like staff are just waiting for you to finish.
The restaurant is in an old cinema which is different, smart and clean with nice decor. We had a buy a gift pre paid meal and was disappointed with the lack of options on the menu and were made to feel like 2nd class citizens really, we weren't offered a wine list or additional drinks even though we were happy to buy them. Our table was booked at 8pm on a Saturday evening, lots of room available but I was disappointed that the rubbish was being carried past our table while we were eating, the staff obviously wanted to get away quickly. Poor service and two stars awarded for the building and decor.
We had lovely pizza, but there is a fairly comprehensive menu. Great ambience in an old cinema building.

Never had a bad meal in any Prezzo I've visited. Staff here attentive as in all their restaurants.
