A crowd hanging around the entrance when I arrived, got told that they were waiting for their order, so was ushered to the top of the shop, when asked what I wanted I said just chips please, expecting to be served immediately as I wasnt waiting for anything else to be fried. Wasnt told to go to the till and didnt know where to stand so just waited where I was.10 minutes later another lady came in and like me she didnt know the etiquette of the queueing system, so she was ushered to the top end of the shop for her order, then went to the till to pay, turned round and asked what does she do now? A customer then told me to pay or she would get hers before me. Went to the till to pay for just chips and was asked if Id ordered them! Unless they sort out the queueing system and stop all this pre-ordering I will not be going back. The chips were edible, after Id sorted out the black bits (potato eyes) although I couldnt finish the portion because they got cold too quickly. Very disappointing because Id heard good reviews.

45 min wait for cod and chips!Was told had to wait for phone orders to be served first! Poor service too long to wait! 14 customers served while I waited myself and two others waited but went for again
