How completely opposite an experience we had with AquaGas than the previous review. They were punctual, polite, cleared up after themselves and did a fantastic job. Left a tap in the kitchen that was not softened, and all done within the time scale suggested. I would certainly use them again. No problems at all.
Appalling. We had our whole house re plumbed about 5 years ago. Using Aqua Gas was the worst decision we made throughout the whole renovation. In the last 5 years we have had problem after problem costing us thousands of pounds now and lots of heart ache seeing all our hard work getting ripped out and ruined. Just this week our bathroom floor had to come up as the waste pipe from our toilet had not been fitted properly was was dripping causing a leak. Last month we had to spend 450 on boiler repairs. Previous to this we have had a leak from shower, leak under floorboards, flu outside house not correctly fitted, leak under boiler. Aqua Gas fitted all of our taps with only softened water!! So we had to pay another plumber to change this for us. Once we had made the final payment, Aqua Gas did not respond to us to come and fix things. The whole experience has been awful and very costly.
