We had Matthew install a new bathroom for us which included a new shower, vanity units, taps and a heated towel radiator. On completion we noticed the shower wasn't working properly and hand to call him back which we were charged for again which wasn't our fault as the shower was plumbed in the wrong way round. He then had to cut the pipes and fit flexi ones and turn them around, the shower then worked.We then had to call him out as the sink was leaking under the vanity units and dripping under the cupboards, he came out again as the towel radiator started to leak and drip and is still leaking today, he never sorted it.This week our toilet has started leaking and has come through the living room ceiling, we called him up and he said he wouldn't come out because of medical reasons and didn't want to know, although his hours still says he is working. We have had problems upon problems with his work and will never use him again. Write a comment...
