Friendly service with no pressure to buy
Bought a car with 3 months warranty within a week the brakes were shuddering (worrying bearing in mind it had a brand new mot) and the clutch was constantly becoming stuck to the floor and you had to pull it back with your foot (not good or safe).Anyway called to say this is not safe and at first was told oh its an old car! Etc etc typical salesman jargon when on purchasing the car was told that the car comes with three months warranty only to be told when there were issues that its only the engine that has warranty! I was not to be deterred to that kind of treatment and insisted they took it back to fix it.Anyway brakes discs and pads needed to be changed which questions the legitimacy of the full MOT (Loddon Garage) and the clutch had air bled out of it. Needless to say bleeding the clutch was a waste of time and now I need to buy a new clutch master cylinder which I told Shane it needed on reporting the problem. Its clear that once they sell you a car thats where it ends. In this instance they had to fix the brakes at it was a safety issue (on a newly moted car.He is nice enough and says all the right things but his warranty is about as honest as a nine bob notePlease everyone just ensure you know what you are getting when buying a car from here as your three months warranty (only on engine) and full MOTs (brown envelopes) as they are clearly not as good as they sound. (Also- none of the electrics worked either (fixed this myself).Ps I am not a moany person usually and dont expect a perfect secondhand car, however, I do expect a car with a full MOT to be safe for me and my family.

20 days after purchase, the car broke down and I was left for over two weeks without a car, I had to start proceedings for small claims court in order receive my refund. I found the customer service to be appalling!
