From start to finish I found Barret Car & Van Sales to be the most professional second hand car dealer I have ever dealt with. I needed a car urgently and the team worked tirelessly to prepare and MOT the car I liked whilst keeping me up to date on the progress. Additionally they were open and transparent on the work the car needed. The car was immaculate inside and out and runs beautifully. The price was also fantastic. They also collected my old car with no hassle and gave me a fantastic deal on part exchange. Their customer service is what impressed me the most! I noticed an intermittent slight humming sound whilst driving. Not a serious technical fault but an annoying sound none the less. The team told me to return the car for which they gave me a good clean courtesy car whilst they worked out the problem. MOST second hand dealers would have told me to get lost! Barret Car and Van Sales fixed the problem at no cost.I would recommend Barret Car & Van sales to ANYONE looking to buy a clean reliable second hand car.Thank you all for the beautiful car.
