Went in to try and get a new mokka on PCP after having one for the last 3 years with them. Ross was lovely easy to deal with and very honest but they now don't seem to offer good deals like they used to!! Also very disappointed that when we signed for the car 3 years ago we were told we would have equity in the car when we changed it! No chance! 1000 negative equity! So feeling quite let down!

Got a good deal on a nice Viva SL - few months old with delivery miles. Ross was very helpful and all ran smoothly. Grateful for his explanation of all the paperwork/warranties etc and as I had to travel from Kent some 125 miles away he kindly arranged for the car to have half a tank of petrol free of charge.
